NCAOC ONLINE SERVICES

North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts

 

NCAOC provides a suite of online services offered as part of eCourts, the larger initiative to modernize the North Carolina court system. The service provides the public a fast, convenient means of requesting handling certain offenses online and potentially avoiding a trip to court.

AOC Online Services currently offers the following services to members of the public with certain traffic matters:

 

PAY CERTAIN TICKETS ONLINE

REQUEST REDUCTION OF SPEEDING OFFENSES 80 MPH AND BELOW

ELECTRONIC COMPLIANCE AND DISMISSAL (ECAD) - for compliance issues that have been corrected, such as No Operator's License, Expired Tag/Registration, and similar offenses

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE READY TO PAY ANY APPLICABLE FINES AND COURT COSTS FOR THESE SERVICES AND YOU ARE LIMITED TO ONE REQUEST PER TICKET.  IF YOU NEED MORE TIME FOR ANY REASON, USE THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY ONLINE SERVICES TO SEE IF YOUR CHARGE QUALIFIES FOR AN ONLINE CONTINUANCE.

DISTRICT ATTORNEY ONLINE SERVICES

28th Judicial District, Buncombe County

District Attorney Todd Williams has partnered with Buncombe County to provide online services for certain minor traffic offenses.  These services are intended to compliment the suite of services offered by NCAOC.

District Attorney Online Services currently offers the following services to members of the public with certain minor traffic matters:

CONTINUE SPEEDING TICKETS 80 MPH OR BELOW for more time to consult an attorney or save money for fines and costs

CONTINUE COMPLIANCE TICKET for more time to correct the issue before using NCAOC Electronic Compliance and Dismissal

CONTINUE ACCIDENT TICKET for more time to get insurance letter or save money for fines and costs

CONTINUE SEATBELT TICKET for more time to pay

REQUEST DISMISSAL OF ACCIDENT TICKET and upload a copy of insurance letter showing all claims satisfied
